Anne Neal, a former practicing attorney, started placing attorneys in 1986. She received her undergraduate and masters degrees from The College of William and Mary and graduated from William and Mary Law School. She founded Neal Consulting in 1999.

Caroline Yates worked part time as a legal recruiter while in college. After graduating, magna cum laude, from James Madison University, she joined Neal Consulting full time. She specializes in placing associates into international, national, regional and local law firms and companies.
